The industry is clearly established pretty well (tax free) which makes me hesitant to believe that legalization would encourage individuals to report revenues they have already been hiding.<br /><br />However, I think the best upside to legalization would be that money on raids like these would be saved, and hopefully diminish the costs overall (surveillance, court costs, police hours) of enforcing such a grey area. Also, such privacy violations are likely to be less frequent.mccarbronoreply@blogger.com
