TODAY! Oral Arguments at the Supreme Court in Plata/Coleman v. Schwarzenegger
The Supreme Court heard arguments today in Plata/Coleman v. Schwarzenegger, the state's appeal of the order to decrease the California prison population in order to alleviate the hardships of medical and mental health care behind bars.
